These terms describe how Ananta Vijaya Bhinneka ("AVB") deals with business buyers who use this website. A signed sales contract or accepted quotation sets the terms of an actual order and takes priority over this page.
1. Who we supply
AVB supplies products to business buyers only. The website is not a consumer shop and you cannot place an order on it.
2. Inquiries and quotations
An inquiry sent through this website is a request for information and does not create a binding order. A quotation is valid only for the period and conditions stated in it. An order is confirmed only when both parties accept the quotation in writing.
3. Product information
Specifications, grades and laboratory figures on this website describe our products as offered. Natural products vary between harvests and lots. The specification confirmed in the quotation or sample applies to your order.
4. Import compliance
The buyer is responsible for checking and complying with the import, customs, food and product regulations of the destination country. This applies in particular to kratom, whose legal status differs by country. AVB does not supply to buyers where the import would be unlawful.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per request and are set out in the quotation. Payment terms are agreed in writing before shipment.
6. Website use
The content of this website belongs to AVB or is used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent. We may change this website and these terms at any time.
